Year End Statistics for Sunriver

140 homes sold in 2012 up from 98 for an increase of 42.8% This is the highest number of sold homes since 2007.  The average price continued to drop, but only slightly (4.5%). 

The average sales price decreased from $398,948 in 2011 to $381,185 in 2012.  The average price per quare foot remianed relatively the same as 2011; in the low $180's.

Average days on market decreased slightly from 246 in 2011 to 224.

One interesting peice of info is that the current active Sunriver Homes for sale is 99.  Lowest in years.  Inventory is low!  We need listings, agents have buyers!
